When you create an account, book an inspection or contact us, we collect the information you provide — name, email, phone number and any details you share about your property needs. We also collect basic technical data (device, browser) to keep the site secure and working.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage your saved favourites, arrange inspections, and send you only the updates you've asked for. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you reach us on WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation helps us serve you. We keep your contact details on file so we can follow up and fulfil your request.
In this demo, your account and saved items are stored locally in your own browser. In full service, we store your data securely and take reasonable steps to protect it.
You can correct your details, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us and we'll act promptly.
